Track Meet Info

The meet will take place at the Civic Centre Track on Monday, May 14th, 2007. This is a regular school day therefore, all students are expected to attend the Track Meet as participants, helpers or spectators.
For this day only, school will begin for students at 9:00 a.m. at the Civic Centre. Except for students who ride the yellow buses, all students are to go directly to the Civic Centre and report to their advisors (Attendance done at lunch also). Students who normally ride the yellow bus will be transported from the school to the Civic Centre and then transported back to the school after the Track Meet so they can catch their buses. A concession will be available for students to purchase a few food items. No formal lunch period will be declared. When the Track Meet begins, it continues until it is over - about mid afternoon.
All students must make their own transportation arrangements to get home, except for those students who ride the yellow bus.
If the weather makes it impossible to have the Track Meet on May 14th, the same arrangements will apply on Tuesday May 15th. Please listen to a local radio station early if the weather is inclement.
